I listened to that the other day just after it happened... Can you believe the 911 operator... Telling the women in the second call that it wasn't an emergency...

You would THINK, that the 911 operator would be very concerned that they are getting calls from these people in the ER and would of sent, I don't know, possibly the cops out to check it out.

I mean really, would it of been that hard to act human and show a little concern for this poor woman.
