Republicans as of late (well, always really) have been a prime example of my biggest pet peeve. I can't think of anything worse than hypocrisy. My favorite poster boy as of late is Mark Foley. Foley, who championed for stronger internet predator laws; who said that people who prey on children are sick and should be locked away. He doth protest too much, methinks.

It's interesting how many people will rally to fight against a misdeed which they themselves are guilty of. Almost as if they believe that protesting will protect them from ever being accused or convicted. But we all know that isn't the case.

You can advocate for stronger internet predator, drug, domestic abuse, rape, etc. laws but it still won't change the fact that you have been indulging in the very things you claim to hold so morally reprehensible. It also won't change the fact that the people will turn against you once your actions are known- as they damn well should.

If a party is going to spout off about "family values," they may want to make sure they are practicing them. At the very least, they may want to make sure they aren't breaking any laws before handing out moral advice to the rest of the public.

Well, they received their smackdown. Let's see if we will continue to hold everyone else's feet to the fire...

It's the classic, "Do as I say, not as I do" shit. Worse than a f*king televangelist...

Found this online, it's very silly...

Foley's Follies "a Web-based Flash game that's reminiscent of "Pac-Man," except only a lot more salacious."
